红颈常室茧蜂滞育蛹储存适宜温湿度及最佳历期

Suitable temperature and humidity conditions and the optimal duration for storage of the diapause pupae of Peristenus spretus (Hymenoptera: Braconidae)

摘要: 【目的】红颈常室茧蜂Peristenus spretus是一种重要的盲蝽寄生蜂,对绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum若虫有较强的寄生能力。本研究旨在探索红颈常室茧蜂滞育蛹适宜储存的温度和湿度,确定最佳储存历期。【方法】通过设置不同温度(5和10 ℃)、相对湿度(40%, 60%和80%)及储存时间(90, 120, 150和180 d),观察不同条件下红颈常室茧蜂成蜂羽化时间、性比、羽化率、寿命和产卵量,以明确红颈常室茧蜂滞育蛹储存的最佳环境条件与历期。【结果】在恒定相对湿度(60%)时, 5 ℃条件下红颈常室茧蜂羽化率为60.56%,雄成蜂和雌成蜂寿命分别为12.73和12.67 d,单雌产卵量达199.86粒,均高于10 ℃下的(分别为47.22%, 7.23 d, 8.38 d和62.14粒)。在5 ℃配合不同相对湿度处理中,相对湿度60%时羽化率最高(52.77%),雌成蜂寿命更长(12.40 d),单雌产卵量较高(133.86粒)。在5 ℃和相对湿度60%的储存条件下,滞育蛹储存120和150 d,羽化率保持在60%以上,雄成蜂寿命分别为12.73和8.90 d,雌成蜂寿命分别为12.47和14.43 d,单雌产卵量分别为199.86粒和169.71;储存180 d,羽化率下降至48.33%,显著低于对照组(非滞育蛹羽化的成蜂的羽化率)(68.89%)。【结论】红颈常室茧蜂滞育蛹在 5 ℃和相对湿度60%的储存条件下,可以储存120 d或150 d。研究结果为红颈常室茧蜂滞育蛹的长期储存提供了关键技术参数,为实现红颈常室茧蜂标准化和规模化扩繁奠定了重要基础。

Abstract: 【Aim】Peristenus spretus is an important parasitoid of mirid bugs, with a strong parasitic ability against the nymphs of Apolygus lucorum. This study aims to determine the suitable temperature and humidity conditions for storage of the diapause pupae of P. spretus, and to identify the optimal storage duration. 【Methods】The emergence time, sex ratio, emergence rate, longevity and number of eggs laid of P. spretus adults were observed under different temperatures (5 and 10 ℃), relative humidity (RH)(40%, 60% and 80%) and storage duration (90, 120, 150 and 180 d) to clarify the optimal storage environmental conditions and storage duration of the diapause pupae of P. spretus. 【Results】Under the constant 60% RH, at 5 ℃, the emergence rate of P. spretus was 60.56%, the male and female adult longevity was 12.73 and 12.67 d, respectively, and the number of eggs laid per female was 199.86, which were higher than the results observed at 10 ℃ (47.22%, 7.23 d, 8.38 d and 62.14, respectively). Under the storage conditions of the temperature 5 ℃ and different RH, the highest adult emergence rate (52.77%) was observed at 60% RH, where female adults exhibited longer longevity (12.40 d) and higher fecundity (133.86 eggs/female). Under the storage condition of 5 ℃ and 60% RH, the diapause pupae stored for 120 or 150 d maintained an adult emergence rate above 60%. After the diapause pupae were stored under the condition of 5 ℃ and 60% RH for 120 and 150 d, the male adult longevity was 12.73 and 8.90 d, respectively, and the female adult longevity was 12.47 and 14.43 d, respectively, while the numbers of eggs laid per female were 199.86 and 169.71, respectively. After 180-d storage of diapause pupae under the condition of 5 ℃ and 60% RH, the adult emergence rate declined to 48.33%, significantly lower than that of the control group (non-diapause pupae)(68.89%).【Conclusion】In conclusion, the optimal storage duration for the diapause pupae of P. spretus was 120 d or 150 d under the storage condition of 5 ℃ and 60% RH. These findings provide crucial parameters for the long-term storage, and lay the foundation for the standardized and large-scale production of P. spretus.
