摘要: 昆虫触角气味结合蛋白是一类亲水性的酸性蛋白,在触角感器淋巴液中浓度很高,主要分为4种,即性外激素结合蛋白、普通气味结合蛋白1、普通气味结合蛋白2和气味结合蛋白类似蛋白。由于它们在昆虫识别外界气味物质中起着重要的作用,近10年来,国外对其进行了广泛、深入的研究。该文从气味结合蛋白的研究方法、生化特性、分子结构和生理功能等方面进行综述。

Abstract: Odorant-binding proteins of insects are soluble acidic proteins,very concentrated in the lymph of chemosensory sensilla of insect antennae and belonging to four major classes (PBP,general OBP1,general OBP2 and OBP like).Odorant-0binding proteins play an important role in insect for perceiving exoteric odorant and are widely and deeply studied in the recent decade.Research methods, biochemical characteristics, molecular structure and physiological role of odorant-binding proteins are reviewed in details in this paper.
