冈崎姬小蜂生物学特性的研究

摘要: 对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫寄生蜂──冈崎姬小蜂Neochrysocharis okazakii Kamijo生物学特性的研究结果表明:(1)补充蜜汁能显著延长成蜂寿命;(2)在20~33℃范围内各虫态发育速率与温度呈线性相关,发育起点温度8.1℃,完成一个世代需要188.7日·度的积温;成蜂寿命与温度呈负线性相关,产卵量在30℃时达到最大;内禀增长率与温度呈线性相关。

Abstract: The biology of Neochrysocharis okazakii Kamijo, one of the most import ant parasites of the vegetable leafminer, Liriomyza sativae Blanchard in Fuzhou, was studied. The results showed: (1) honey supply could significantly prolong survival time of the adult parasites; (2) developmental rates of each stage of N. okazakii were linearly correlated to temperature between 20℃ to 33℃. The threshold temperature and the effective accumulated temperature for the whole generation was estimated to be 81℃ and 188.7 day-degrees respectiely. The life-span of the parasite shortened as temperature went up, and its intrinsic rate of natural increase (rm) became greater with increasing of emperature.
