Abstract: Coniopterygidae comprises a small family of 13 genera and approximately 70 known species, distributed throughout the world. Owing to the small size of these insects they are nowhere very abundant. The subfamily Coniopteryginae has not yet been reported from China. The present auther reared two species preying on coccids on various plants. They are identified as Senmidalis near albata Enderlein, and Coniopteryx pulverulenta Enderlein. Descriptions as well as shont notes on early stages are given.
