Abstract: This paper presents the results of mathematical analysis of DV/D ratio of male genitalia of Culex pipiens complex, including 23 geographical strains collectedin China. Through mathematical analysis, particularly the multiple linear regression,the DV/D ratio showed a negative correlation with latitude and longitude of their locations, and the multiple regression equation of DV/D ratio between latitude and longitude were established. This equation can be used to conjecture the theoretical value of DV/D ratio of Cx. Pipiens complex at a geographical position in China.
