Abstract

Abstract: Seven species of genus Isyndus Still from China are recognized, keyed, redescribed, and illustrated with 76 figures. Isyndus brevispinus Breddin, I. Lativentris Distant, and I. Pilosipes Reuter are treated as valid and/or distinct species. I. Sinicus Hsiao etRen and I. Yunnananus Ren are proposed to be the synonyms of I. Pilosipes Reuter and I.Lativentris Distant respectively. Isyndus brevispinus Breddin is newly recorded from China.All measurements are in millimetres.
