Abstract: Analysis of HaNPV polyhedrin purified with gel filtration chromatography, by SDS-PAGE, immunodiffusion and immunoelectron microscopy suggested that the polyhedrin exist in the form of aggregates. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) revealed that the polyhedrin was more closer in serology to other two polyhedrins from ArNPV and AsNPV than two granulins from AsGV and PsGV, respectively.
