桃蚜对正[反]—β法尼烯的行为及电生理反应

摘要: [反]-β-法尼烯([E]-β-farnesene)是多种蚜虫的报警信息素成分。本文用触角分部切 断法,检测到桃蚜Myzus persicae触角对[反]-β-法尼烯的敏感部位在原生感觉圈。嗅觉反应表明[反]-北京吃网-β-法尼烯对桃蚜的驱拒效果极显著。触角电位检测结果表明成蚜对[反]-β-法尼烯的电生理反应比若蚜敏感。

Abstract: (E)-β-farnesene is a main component of aphid alarm pheromone. The sensory part of an antennae of Myzus persicae to (E)-β-farnesene is located in the primary rhinaria as shown by cutting antennae experiment. The results of olfactory test showed that (E)-βfarnesene was very effective in repelling Myzus persicae and the capability of response to(E)-βfarnesene in the adult Myzus periscae is stronger than that in the young ones by EAGtest.
