胡萝卜花挥发油中棉铃虫它感信息化合物的分离、鉴定及行为测定

摘要: 以Tenax TA、Tenax GR为吸附剂,正己烷为洗脱剂,得到胡萝卜花的挥发油。触角电位(EAG)测试表明,1~10日龄的棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera蛾的反应幅值为0.3~0.5mV,交配蛾的EAG反应显著低于处女蛾。气相色谱与触角电位联用(GC-EAG)测试表明由30种不同化合物组成的挥发油中,有5个组分具有EAG活性,气相色谱与质谱联用(GC-MS)鉴定出其4种化合物的结构为:3-methyl-2-pentanol,myrcene,limonene,Ocimene。四臂嗅觉仪测试结果表明,自然生长的胡萝卜花与得到的挥发油具有相近的诱虫活性,对1-2日龄的活性显著高于对4~5日龄活性,表明胡萝卜花中仅含有引诱棉铃虫取食的它感信息化合物。

Abstract: The volatiles of carrot flower were absorbed on Tenax TA or Tenax GR and eluted with hexane. Electroantennography (EAG) was used to explore the electrophysiological responses of cotton bollworm (CBW) moths Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) to the volatiles. The amplitude values of EAG ranged from 0.3 to 0.5mV. The results of combined gas chromatograph-electroantennograph (GC-EAG) and GC-mass spectrum(GC-MS)showed that there were five active components in the volatile oil,in which,four compounds were determined as 3-methyl-2-pentanol, myrcene, limonene, ocimene. The behavioral responses of CBW moths to the volatile oil were similar to natural carrot flower. The facts that the carrot flower and it's volatiles were only attaetive to 1-2 daysold moths, suggested that the carrot flower volatiles are semioehemicals solely associated with the feeding behavior of CBW.
